Hot Girl's Don't Gatekeep: How Is Your Skin So Clear?

Having clear skin is something that many of us strive for.

Unfortunately, it can be difficult to achieve, as so many factors can play a role in our skin's appearance.

From diet to genetics, there are many things that can affect the health and appearance of our skin.

In order to improve the health and appearance of your skin, it is important to take a holistic approach.

This includes eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, managing stress levels, and using the right skincare products for your skin type.

Additionally, it is important to protect your skin from the sun's ultraviolet rays by applying sunscreen or wearing protective clothing when spending time outdoors.

There are steps you can take to help get your skin looking clear and healthy.

Here are some tips to help you get clear skin:

1. Follow a skincare routine:

Developing and following a consistent skincare routine is key to maintaining healthy, clear skin.

Make sure to cleanse, tone, moisturize, and use sunscreen daily.

Additionally, exfoliate your skin once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells and promote new cell growth.

2. Avoid harsh chemicals:

Many products contain harsh chemicals that can irritate and dry out your skin.

Opt for gentle cleansers with natural ingredients like aloe vera and tea tree oil instead of chemical-based products that may cause breakouts or damage your sensitive areas.

3. Manage stress:

Stress can be a major factor in acne and other skin conditions.

Make sure to take time out of your day to relax, practice yoga or meditation, and get enough sleep.

This will help reduce stress levels and ultimately improve your skin health.

4. Eat a balanced diet:

Eating a balanced diet full of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats is essential for clear skin.

Avoid sugary and processed foods as these can lead to inflammation which can cause breakouts.

5. Exercise regularly:

Exercise can help regulate hormones and reduce stress levels, both of which are beneficial for clear skin.

Aim to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity most days of the week.

6. Reduce your caffeine intake:

Caffeine can lead to dehydration which can dry out your skin and cause breakouts. Try to limit your intake of caffeinated beverages such as coffee, tea, and soda.

7. Get adequate sleep:

Getting enough sleep is essential for healthy skin. Aim to get at least 8 hours of sleep per night to keep your skin looking clear and refreshed.

Products also are a huge factor in having clear skin. These are the products I use to keep my skin clear:

COSRX Snail Mucin 96% Power Repairing Essence

Helps repairs and rejuvenates my skin from dryness (especially in the winter) and give my skin a glowy look.

CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser

A great hydrating cleanser with hyaluronic acid and doesn't make my skin feel dry after words.

Youth To The People Kale + Green Tea Superfood Face Cleanser

This is one of my favourite cleansers to use and it helped clear my skin up dramatically!

Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen

I love wearing this sunscreen because it dries and feels like I didn't put anything on. I was a little put off by the "primer" feeling at first and expected that weird velvety feeling to stay, but it goes away very quickly and overall feels great!

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops

I saw TikTok hype it up and decided to try it. Lovely, great serum and blends well with my other skincare. Also, it’s great to use before you applying my makeup.

Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Creme

This eye cream is very moisturizing and makes my undereye area look brighter. It also keeps my skin smooth and works well under makeup. I'm very pleased with this purchase!
