How To Become “That Girl”?

There has been this new trend going around for the past year called “That Girl” on Tiktok, Instagram and Pinterest.

In this blog post, I will be going over what is the “that girl” aesthetic you see on social media and how you can achieve it using simple steps.

What is the “That Girl” Trend?

The that girl trend is an girl who has her life together both physically and mentally. She wakes up earlier in the morning, goes to the gym, is productive, enjoys her hobbies.

To me the “that girl” doesn’t have specific goals these girls achieve but rather it is a better version or healed version of your current self and who you want to be.

How to Become “That Girl”?

While “that girl” can be portayed in many ways, there are some habits or things to do to become her.

1. Wake Up Early

Everyone knows waking up and starting your day off right is a habit that can impact your daily life.

If you sleep in, you may feel groggy or that the day is going by too quickly.

2. Get Daily Exercise

I have noticed a trend on Tiktok called “hot girl walks”.

I have never been someone who likes walking, however over the summer I was going on 1 hour walks during my lunch break around my neighbourhood.

I instantly felt better after and it was great way to get exercise in without doing a workout.

3. Keep your room or living space clean

There is a saying, a cluttered space is a cluttered mind.

Making sure your physical space is clean is a great way to help declutter your mind and can help you achieve the goals you desire.

4. Drinking lots of water

This is a habit that can help you feel more awake, make your skin glow and help with digestion.

Drinking enough water has always been a natural habit for me.

I would recommend trying to get a water bottle with the timing breakdown through the day so you can use it to help track how much water you are drinking through out the day.

5. Using ice cubs or an ice roller in the morning

After you finish cleansing your face, I rub an ice cube on the face in a circular motion. This helps with the puffiness your face has in the morning.

I also love using an ice roller I bought off amazon. I leave it in the fridge and just use it on my face every morning for 5 minutes.

The best part is that the handle isn’t cold which was something I was struggling with by using ice cubes as my fingers would get really cold and numb holding it over my face.

Not only does the ice help with puffiness, it helps improve blood circulation in your face, helps reduce pimples and acnes, it closes up your pores and overall just gives you a glowy look.
